Winning Women's Lacrosse

Winning Women's Lacrosse by Kelly Amonte Hiller (with Ashley Gersuk and Ann Elliot) is one of  very, very few recent books for girls/women lacrosse players, not for coaches or parents. This book is great for girls and women from beginners to experts to help them understand the game and learn movement and footwork for each of the lacrosse positions. It includes photographs to explain movements better, and the words are easy to understand and are full of the amazing knowledge of this great lacrosse player author. It covers everything- from stickwork and throwing and passing to attacking, defending, goalies, and teamwork.  it even offers lacrosse training routines. If you play lacrosse, or are interested in playing and want to learn how it works without having to read only basic stuff (that isn't from 1960), get this book! Learn winning women's lacrosse from the book about it!
